Discipline
The teacher has the perfect balance between severity and kindness. Students understand which are moments dedicated exclusively to the development of activities that require their total concentration and which moments they can share playfully in the classroom. Children recognize in their teacher an authority figure and respect the rules established by her.

Pedagogy
Although he currently makes use of active listening to improve her
communicative skills in English, the knowledge she has acquired in the second
language has been through the Grammatical Translation Method, which she uses in
his classes along with active listening methods and audiovisual aids. Classes
are not taught entirely in English, but the teacher tries to use the second
language as much as possible and strives for her students to understand. The
teacher makes use of the active participatory methodology and in the planning
of her classes, she proposes activities that allow her students to participate
in the development of these according to their own abilities, for this, she
relies on playfulness and plays.
